These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReachAffiliates.com (the “Site”) and the affiliate list product sold through it (the “Product”), operated by ReachAffiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

ReachAffiliates provides a curated, filterable list of active affiliates who promote B2C SaaS products, delivered as a live Google Sheet. Access is sold as a one-time payment granting access as described on the Site at the time of purchase.

2. Access and License

  • Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the list for your own business purposes.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the list or any substantial portion of it.
  • We may update, add to, or remove entries from the list at our discretion to keep it accurate and current.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. Prices are subject to change for future purchases; your access terms are fixed at the price paid at checkout.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the affiliate list accurate and up to date. However, the list is provided based on publicly available and third-party information, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any affiliate listed. Affiliate programs, contact details, and terms may change without notice.

5. No Guarantee of Results

ReachAffiliates does not guarantee that using the list will result in successful affiliate partnerships, sales, or any specific business outcome. You are responsible for your own outreach, vetting, and agreements with any affiliate.

6. Acceptable Use

  • You will not use the Product for unlawful purposes or in violation of any third party’s rights.
  • You will not attempt to scrape, copy, or extract the underlying list for redistribution.
  • You will not misrepresent your affiliation with ReachAffiliates when contacting listed affiliates.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design, and the compiled structure of the list, is owned by ReachAffiliates and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Product are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReachAffiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
